We all carry emotional imprints from childhood — unmet needs, deep wounds, forgotten voices.
This 3-day experiential training on Inner Child Healing offers mental health professionals a safe, reflective, and therapeutic space to explore these inner narratives and learn how to integrate reparenting techniques into their practice.
Led by Sunita Shrestha, a pioneer in trauma-informed psychosocial healing in Nepal, the training combines theory, creative tools, and immersive learning — all rooted in compassion and professional grounding.
