ANTARANG Psychosocial Research & Training Institute presents a Two-Day Training on Therapeutic Touch, an energy-based, systematic healing approach that supports physical, emotional, and psychological balance.
Therapeutic Touch is a gentle, intentional practice that works with the human energy field to promote relaxation, reduce distress, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes. This training introduces participants to both the theoretical foundations and practical application of Therapeutic Touch in a safe, ethical, and professionally guided environment.
The approach can be used as a complementary method alongside medical treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, and other psychosocial interventions.
About the Training
This two-day training is designed to help participants:
- Understand the core principles of Therapeutic Touch
- Learn how energy-based healing supports emotional and physical regulation
- Develop awareness, presence, and intention in healing work
- Practice Therapeutic Touch techniques through guided, experiential learning
